This artwork is inspired by an unexpected moment of déjà vu—something previously felt or seen—an experience that can be both familiar, powerful but also distant at the same time.

A combination of smoother and more textured areas on the canvas helps create a cohesive and visually complete abstract unique non-figurative artwork.

Painted on a cotton stretched canvas, pre-primed with white gesso, which allows me to create my signature textured canvas surface before applying and working with high-quality acrylics.

Painted using paintbrushes and palette knives.

Varnished using gloss varnish to protect this art from sun rays and dust.
